An agrochemical company was helped to meet research goals researching and developing a new treatment to prevent crop damage by nematodes. They asked Cresset Discovery to help find novel small molecule nematicides.
Scientists from both parties worked closely throughout the project with a combination of personal visits and regular conference calls. Cresset consultants were an integral part of the discovery team, from hit identification through lead optimization and the filing of multiple patents, to the eventual launch of a new seed treatment.
