QSAR models: handling descriptor intercorrelation

Flare™ has further expanded its QSAR capabilities with the introduction of Gradient Boosting Machine Learning models that capture complex and non-linear relationships, inherently prioritizing important descriptors and minimizing overfitting to relevant ones.

Here, we present an example of building a descriptor-based model and demonstrate the efficient application of Python scripts via the Flare Python API.

Flare goes “Head of the River”!

Cresset are delighted to congratulate the City of Cambridge (UK) Rowing Club’s Women’s team! Last month, using the Cresset-sponsored boat “Flare”, they became “Head of the River” in Bumps – that is, they are now the fastest town crew on the Cam! The team have been working hard all year to achieve this, and we are proud to be able to support them with boat sponsorship as one of our initiatives helping local organizations.

Global Web Development Meeting a huge success
