After receiving a PhD in organometallic chemistry from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Susan spent 12 years as a Marketing and Communications Scientist at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre. Susan joined Cresset in 2018 as a Support Scientist and is now Head of Support. In this role she works with the Training Manager who ensures that customer training needs are met, pre and post-sale. She also works with the Support Team who provide specialist technical and application support in response to customer queries.
