SOC 2 Compliance
In April 2024, Cresset successfully completed its System and Organization Controls 2 Type 1 audit. SOC 2® Type 1 compliance demonstrates Cresset’s commitment to the highest standards of data security and privacy.

Cyber Essentials Certification
Cresset are Cyber Essentials certified, so our customers and partners can be assured that we take cybersecurity seriously. Cyber Essentials is an accreditation sponsored by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and promoted by the UK government.
It describes the core activities that they see as a baseline stance for awareness and defence against cyber-attacks on business computing systems and data.

Cresset are proud to be Gold awardees of the Fair Payment Code. This replaces the Prompt Payment Code and is a tiered system of awards aimed at driving best practice and improving payment performance. The Gold Award is for firms paying at least 95% of all invoices within 30 days.
In addition, every business granted an Award agrees to abide by the Code’s principles of being clear, fair and collaborative with their suppliers.
